Abstract

A method and system for downloading contents according to requirement on broadcast channels are provided in the present invention. The method includes the steps of: storing the program contents which will be downloaded and forming a playbill; selecting the contents needed to be downloaded from the playbill, and sending a download instruction; searching free time and a frequency band to form and broadcast program scheduling information, wherein the program scheduling information includes the frequency band, time and the contents needed to be downloaded; receiving and storing the contents needed to be downloaded in the time and frequency band specified in the program scheduling information. Download according to requirement is realized in the present invention by using the idle time and bandwidth of the broadcast channels.

Abstract

A method and system for implementing image rotation in the reception of digital television are provided in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: an entropy decoding module receives and decodes a video basic stream, thus obtains a Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) transform domain matrix of block or block residual and a motion vector; an Inverse Quantization (IQ) module performs a weighted inverse quantization operation on the DCT transform domain matrix, thus inversely transforms the coefficients of the DCT transform domain matrix to the values before the quantization; an inverse DCT (IDCT) module converts the DCT transform domain matrix after the weighted inverse quantization into a spatial domain matrix; a matrix transposition module performs a matrix transposition operation on the original image block or the original image block residual, and stores the transposed image block in a frame storage as part of a reconstruction frame; and the frame storage stores a display frame, the reconstruction frame and a prediction frame. The invention enables rotated display of the image after video decoding, without increasing the access times and the storage space.
