Abstract

Provided is a temperature compensation device for a rigid overhead catenary, wherein one end of a left slide guide rail (2) and of a right slide guide rail (3) are respectively fixedly connected to busbars (1) at two ends. Inner sides of the two slide guide rails are both formed with a slide channel (13) and a slide rail (14) throughout the full length. The two slide guide rails are connected together and can slide freely relative to each other by means of inserting the slide rails(14) into the opposite slide channels (13). The lower ends of outer sides of the two slide guide rails are each formed with a contact wire slot (15) throughout the full length, and the contact wire slots (15) correspond to contact wire slots of the lower ends of the busbars (1) connected thereto. A current conduction rod (7) is mounted on a top face of each of the two slide guide rails via a current conduction support (5) and a parallel current conduction base (6), and the middle section of the current conduction rod (7) extends into the opposite parallel current conduction base (6) and can slide freely along with the two slide guide rails. The device is mounted in the rigid overhead catenary system and compensates for heat expansion and cold contraction of the system due to temperature changes, thereby realizing good electric continuity and smooth transition between anchor segments, ensuring stable operation of the locomotive and enhancing safety and reliability of locomotive operation.

Abstract

A compensation device for a ratchet wheel with bevel teeth is provided. Two rows of bevel teeth symmetrical to each other are made on the outer circumference of a large wheel (12) of a ratchet wheel body (1) of the compensation device. The bevel teeth are made up of circumferential teeth (24) and lateral teeth (25). The circumferential teeth (24) are located at two sides of the circumference surface of the large wheel (12), and the lateral teeth (25) are located on the sidewall of the large wheel (12). A U-shaped stop opening (26) is formed on the front end of a stop board (5). The width of the stop opening (26) is the same as the spacing between the bottoms of two lateral teeth. The ratchet teeth of the present invention adopts the bevel teeth structure formed by the circumferential teeth plus the lateral teeth, thus improving stop capability for compensation load and safety operation performance for brake, and enabling the use of a higher working tension and a larger compensation distance. Other aspects of the overall performance of the ratchet wheel compensation device are also improved.

Abstract

A ratchet wheel compensation device includes a ratchet wheel body (1), a brake bracket (2) for the ratchet wheel, a long bolt pin (3), connecting boards (4) of the ratchet wheel and a frame, a stop board (5), a balance wheel (6), a steel wire I (7), a steel wire II (7') and a wire clamp (8). The ratchet wheel body (1) is mounted on a ratchet wheel shaft (11) through a couple of self-lubrication sliding bearings (10). Two ends of the ratchet wheel shaft (11) are fixed on front end of the connecting boards (4) of the ratchet wheel and the frame, and provided with end face self-lubrication bearings (14) which are located between the connecting boards (4) of the ratchet wheel and the frame and the self-lubrication sliding bearings (10). The ratchet wheel compensation device of the present invention can avoid not only the direct friction between the end faces of the small wheels at two sides of the ratchet wheel body and the inner side of the connecting boards of the ratchet wheel and the frame when the ratchet wheel body shifts, but also the phenomenon of the jamming and stiff rotation of the ratchet wheel as a result of the direct friction.
