Abstract

A rotary cutting type food processor, comprising a rotary cutter (101), a base (102), a rotary drive device (103) for the rotary cutter, and a progression control device (104) for the rotary cutter; the rotary cutter (101) consists of a rotary body (201) and a cutter disposed on the rotary body; the rotary body is a solid, hollow or openwork structure; the cutter is a cutting edge (203) disposed on the rotary surface of the rotary body, or a cutting knife disposed on the rotary surface of the rotary body, or a combined cutter comprised of the cutting edge and the cutting knife; the base (102) is used for receiving the to-be-cut food and mounting the progression control device (104) for the rotary cutter; the rotary drive device (103) for the rotary cutter is connected to the rotary body (201), and is used to supply power for the rotation of the rotary body (201); the progression control device (104) for the rotary cutter is used to connect the rotary body (201) to the base (102), and control the spatial path for the rotary body (201) to move toward the food placement area of the base. The device greatly facilitates people in using food processor in daily life, thus better satisfying the needs of people in daily life.

Abstract

A cutting tool for a cooking machine capable of rotary cutting is formed by at least one laterally cutting cutter (102) and a longitudinally cutting cutter group. The longitudinally cutting cutter group is formed by multiple longitudinally cutting cutters (101) arranged in the lateral direction. A rear end surface (118) of the longitudinally cutting cutter (101) is provided with a blade a (104) for forming a slim groove on a food surface. The spacing between two adjacent longitudinally cutting cutters (101) is the width of the product of the cut food. The laterally cutting cutter (102) is laterally mounted at the top of the longitudinally cutting cutter group. A rear end surface (105) of the laterally cutting cutter is provided with a blade b for cutting the food. The blade b faces the rear end of the longitudinally cutting cutter (101). During use, the cutting tool is mounted on a rotary body (106), to form a rotary cutting cutter body to cut food when rotating with the rotary body (106). The cooking machine capable of rotary cutting and having the rotary cutting cutter body can cut foods into shreds, strips, or slices.
