Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus having a lock-release function for a vehicle and further a car owner call function, which minimizes noise affecting induced static electricity and therefore can be used without malfunction on both coated glass and general glass, and a sheet used for the apparatus. The lock-release apparatus of the present invention comprises: a sheet on which one side has a function key for lock and release of the vehicle is attached to the inner side of the glass of a vehicle window, a housing with one open side attached to the other side of the sheet, a control board which is installed in the housing, connected to the ECU of the vehicle, and enables a door lock-release function for the vehicle in response to the function key, and capacitive sensors which are installed on the control board opposite to the function key and sense the proximity of a user's fingers to the function key. The sheet has holes located corresponding to the capacitive sensors so that the induced static electricity caused by the proximity of a user's fingers reaches the capacitive sensors by passing through the holes.
