The angle protection of the invention includes an outer elongated body (19) provided vertically outside an angle formed by a front wall and a side wall of a cart basket made of horizontal (12 to 14, 18) and vertical (17) wires. The outer body (19) is attached to the angle in order to form an outer protection member of the basket (5) and includes, for attaching the same to the angle, a first linking means (20) interacting with second linking means (21) provided inside the basket (5) for attaching said outer body (19) while clamping at least two (13, 14) of the horizontal metal wires extending at different heights in the angle. The second linking means (21) is provided on an inner elongated body (22) extending substantially along the entire height of the angle in order to form an inner protection member for the basket.
