Abstract

Provided is a seaborne self-propelling platform for rocket launching and rocket recovery, the platform comprising a submerging and surfacing ballast water tank (1) as a bottom layer, a truss (2) as a middle layer, and a deck body (3) with permanent buoyancy as a top layer, wherein the water tank (1) can be submerged to a certain depth after being filled with water so as to provide the three-dimensional stability required for rocket launching. Unit modules can be spliced and enlarged as desired on the sea by means of steel mortise-and-tenon plates as connecting mechanisms. By means of adjusting the amount of water in the submerging and surfacing ballast water tank (1), the platform can be subjected to partial-submerging, surfacing or hovering to prevent same from coming under attack from typhoons and rough seas. A main propulsion system right behind same and multiple positioning and propulsion systems on the left and right sides are combined with satellite positioning to perform two-dimensional positioning against ocean currents, adjust the direction of a runway for recovering a gliding rocket, and realize self-propulsion at high speeds.

Abstract

A warship anti-sinking life-saving system, consisting of solid airbags, permanent floats, an in-ship permanent floating cabin, a control system and a hard low-density polyurethane foaming agent filling system. A hard low-density polyurethane foaming agent fills airbags to form the solid airbags, and floating foam is present inside the permanent floats and the permanent floating cabin.
