Abstract

A cutter head (10) capable of grass discharge from a middle part and grass collection at a rear part for an electric ride-on lawn trimmer, comprising a cutter head housing (11) mounted below a frame (20). A plurality of primary cutter motors (12) are mounted on the cutter head housing (11), a primary blade (14) is mounted on each primary cutter motor (12), a spinning circular air channel (110) is formed corresponding to the rotating center of each primary blade (14) in the cutter head housing (11), an outlet of the air channel (110) is connected to a grass discharge stop plate (17) or a grass collection guide pipe (16), and the grass collection guide pipe (16) is used for connecting a grass collection box (60) at the rear part of the frame (20). All the primary blade motors (12) are arranged on a same straight line (L) perpendicular to the heading direction of a trimmer. On the cutter head housing (11), a secondary cutter motor (13) is mounted in front of every two adjacent primary cutter motors (12), a secondary blade (15) is mounted on each secondary cutter motor (13), and the secondary blades (15) are located outside the air channels (110). The rotating direction of the primary blade (14) is consistent with the spinning direction of the air channel (110), such that the primary blade (14) pushes trimmed grass clippings to the grass discharge stop plate (17) or the grass collection guide pipe (16) along the air channel (110). The rotating direction of the secondary blade (15) is arbitrary. The structure is compact, grass discharge from the middle part and grass collection at the rear part can be achieved by work in conjunction with the grass collection box (60), and the effect of grass clipping collection is good.

Abstract

The differential travelling roller uses an outer rotor motor to integrate some of the transmission devices on the outer rotor body of the motor, and the sealing structure is built in, so that the purposes of travelling and steering are achieved.
