Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for removing bubbles generated in a process of collecting raw milk, and a milk collection system using the same, and, more specifically, is achieved by a bubble removing device comprising: a main body having an inner space in which raw milk is accommodated, and a discharge part provided at a lower part thereof; a bubble removing part which is penetratingly provided at an upper end of the main body in the center of the inside of the main body while being connected to the discharge part, and discharges the bubbles included in the raw milk to the outside of the main body; an inflow part provided inside the main body by penetrating one side of the main body, and through which the raw milk is poured into the main body; a bubble reducing part which is arranged at a lower part of the inflow part such that a plurality of blades are provided to the periphery of the bubble removing part, and reduces the bubbles generated when the raw milk, which flows into the main body, falls and collides; and a guide part which is provided to the periphery of the bubble removing part at a lower part of the bubble reducing part, and guides the raw milk, which has passed through the bubble reducing part, to an inner wall side on the periphery of the main body. In addition, the present invention is achieved by a milk collection system comprising: a filtering part for filtering foreign matter contained in raw milk; the bubble removing device for receiving the raw milk, which has passed through the filtering part; a sampling part for sampling the raw milk, which has passed through the filtering part, between the filtering part and the bubble removing device; a pump for supplying the raw milk, which has passed through the filtering part, to the bubble removing device; a measuring instrument which measures the flow rate of the raw milk, which has passed through the bubble removing device, and generates flow rate information; and a control part which calculates an amount of money on the basis of the flow rate information generated from the measuring instrument, and outputs the same through a display part. Therefore, the amount of bubbles generated when the raw milk is collected can be minimized, any generated bubbles can be removed rapidly, a raw milk collection time can be reduced, and a flow rate can be accurately measured.
