Optical brighteners, heat stabilizers and wax can also be added. The composition has high tensile strength, low shrinkage and high color stability, especially when compared to pure RPET.

A swivel snaphook, comprising a hook (200) and a retainer (100); the retainer (100) comprises a support portion (11) and a strap mounting portion (12), the support portion (11) comprising a base body (111) which is connected to the strap mounting portion (12), a through hole (112) which passes through the base body (111), and a snap-in portion (113) which protrudes from the surface of the base body (111) and surrounds the through hole (112); the hook (200) comprises a hook and connector portion (21) and an engaging portion (22), the engaging portion (22) comprising a snap-on portion (222) and a connecting shaft (221) which is connected to the hook and connector portion (21). When the hook (200) and the retainer (100) are snap-fitted together, the snap-on portion (222) surrounds the snap-in portion (113) and fits with the snap-in portion (113) in an inverted manner, so that the connecting shaft (221) is effectively prevented from rocking relative to the through hole (112), namely, the undesired jarring of the connecting shaft (221) in the through hole (112) is avoided, thereby ensuring the stable mechanical properties of the connecting shaft (221) and the through hole (112) and prolonging the service life of the swivel snaphook. Furthermore, noise generated by the friction and jarring between the connecting shaft (221) and the through hole (112) during use is avoided.
Disclosed is a rotatory fastener, comprising a female fastener (1) and a male fastener (2) which are mutually fastened and can rotate relative to each other. The female fastener (1) comprises: a transverse rod (11) used for connecting a strip when in use, side rods (12) arranged at both ends of the transverse rod (11) and formed integrally with the transverse rod (11), and a supporting portion (13) arranged opposite to the transverse rod (11). Disclosed is a snap fastener, comprising a face fastener (1) and a locating fastener (2) which are snapped with each other, wherein the face fastener (1) comprises a face shell (11) provided with an installation chamber (111), and a locating pin (12) made of plastic and integrally formed; and the locating pin (12) comprises a base (121), a rod body (122) and anti-rotation protrusions (125), wherein the base is accommodated in the installation chamber (111), and anti-skidding structures (124) are arranged on the end face, exposed out of the installation chamber (111), of the base (121); the rod body stands exactly on an end face of the base (121), and the end, away from the base (121), of the rod body (122) is used to be connected to the locating fastener (2); the anti-rotation protrusions are arranged at the outer edge of the end face, in connection with the rod body (122), of the base (121) in a protruding manner, and the ends, away from the base (121), of the anti-rotation protrusions (125) retract; and when the locating pin (12) and the face shell (11) are assembled, the face shell (11) completely covers the anti-rotation protrusions (125) and is meshed therewith. In the implementation of the snap fastener of the present invention, the face fastener (1) can be separated into the face shell (11) and the locating pin (12), and the locating pin (12) is manufactured into a standard part for batch production and storage, thereby adapting face shells (11) with continuously updated designs, shortening delivery time, and reducing costs.
A pull tab for zippers is formed by a cord having a cord retaining member attached to one end of the cord and a socket in the top surface of the cord retaining member, and a plug attached to other end of the cord. The plug has a shape corresponding to the shape of the socket, so that the plug can fit securely within the socket, thus, forming a loop with the cord. A slidable locking device is placed around the cord, the locking device having an interior cavity corresponding to the shape of the cord retaining member, such that placing the plug into the socket and sliding the locking device over the cord retaining member locks the second end of the cord to the cord retaining member. In a method for manufacturing the pull tab, the plug and cord retaining member are continuously overmolded in one piece on a length of the cord, and then cut into pieces to form completed pull tabs.
A washer (40) for use in a snap fastener is adapted to be placed over the lower part (20) of a snap fastener component so that the washer (40) rests between the fabric (30) and the lower part (20) of the snap fastener. The upper part (10) of the snap fastener is placed over the fabric (30) and is pressed into place by a tool press (15). The washer (40) is made of a resilient material, such as plastic or rubber, which is then squeezed by the tool press (15) to fill in any gaps that would allow water to leak through. In its unassembled state, the washer (40) consists of a flat ring surrounding a center protrusion (42), which is hollow on its inside. To assemble the snap fastener, the center protrusion (42) is placed over the central post (22) of the lower part (20) of the snap fastener. The central post (22) with the washer (40) is then inserted through a hole (31) in the fabric (30) to which the snap fastener is to be attached.
A webbing securing device comprises a main body having two generally parallel side arms, a first end, a second end and a cavity between the side arms and a cord securing mechanism connected to the first end of the main body. There is a releasable central arm connected to the main body adjacent the first end, and an elastic cord connected to the second end. The elastic cord is secured on the cord securing mechanism, and is dimensioned so that the cord must be stretched in order to be secured on the cord securing mechanism. A length of webbing is secured in the device by feeding a loop of webbing in between the side arms and over or underneath the central arm, and securing the elastic cord on the cord securing mechanism, so that the webbing is secured between the side arms and the central arm.

An adjustment system for adjusting the width of a cuff has an elongated adjustment strip having a set of longitudinally extending teeth. Each tooth has a forward side and a rearward side. The length of each forward side is greater than a length of each of the rearward sides so that an angle between a longitudinal axis of the strip and the forward side is less than an angle between the longitudinal axis and the rearward side of each tooth. There is a locking mechanism formed by a base plate having a locking device on an underside and a guide for slidably connecting the locking mechanism to the strip.
