Abstract

A method for operating a hanging-bag warehouse system which is intended for storing, picking, sorting and retrieving storage goods (3) and has a multiplicity of rolling adapters (61) and hanging bags (5), which can be hung or are hung on the rolling adapters (61), wherein, for autonomous travel on a network (49), the rolling adapters (61) each have an accompanying longitudinal-dynamics controller with a distance monitor (40), an accompanying transverse-dynamics controller and an accompanying communications device, and wherein in each case at least one of the storage goods (3) can be stored in the hanging bags (5) and retrieved again, the method involving: - autonomous travel of the rolling adapter (61) on the network (49), - activation of a speed of the rolling adapter (61) by way of the distance monitor (40) of the longitudinal-dynamics controller, - autonomous travel of the rolling adapter (61) into the closed path (56) by means of the accompanying longitudinal-dynamics and transverse-dynamics controllers, - transmission of an endless-travel instruction (44) to the rolling adapter (61), the instruction indicating that endless travel should take place on the closed path (56), - autonomous endless travel of the rolling adapter (61) along the closed path (56) by means of the accompanying longitudinal-dynamics and transverse-dynamics controllers in dependence on the endless-travel instruction (44), - scheduling of the endlessly travelling rolling adapter (61) for retrieval by means of a control device (25), - transmission of a retrieval-travel instruction (48), relating to a retrieval destination, to the scheduled rolling adapter (61) for retrieval purposes, - travel of the scheduled rolling adapter (61) out of the closed path (56) and onward travel of the scheduled rolling adapter (61) to the retrieval destination in accordance with the retrieval-travel instruction (48) for retrieval of the rolling adapter (61) by means of the accompanying longitudinal-dynamics and transverse-dynamics controllers.

Abstract

In order to safely and easily control driving manoeuvres of a self-driven roller adapter (61) for transporting a hanging bag (5) on a branch (707) of a rail network (49), a driving movement along the rail network (49) is carried out by means of a longitudinal dynamic control of the roller adapter (61), the method according to the invention comprising the steps of: driving into the entrance of the branch; carrying out and/or controlling the driving manoeuvre by means of a transverse dynamic control of the roller adapter (61), wherein the driving manoeuvre comprises a selection from the at least two exits of the branch and an exiting of the roller adapter (61) from the selected exit; detecting a pattern (715) on the rail network (49) by means of a sensor device (701) of the roller adapter (61) during the driving manoeuvre and/or after the driving manoeuvre; using the detected pattern (715) to determine the driving manoeuvre which was carried out; and evaluating, by means of an analysis unit (717), the driving manoeuvre which was carried out.

Abstract

In order to enable roll adapters (61) on a suspended conveyor device (10) to be removed easily, the roll adapter (61) to be removed is pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the running track (809) from a usage orientation, in which a vertical axis of the roll adapter (61) encloses an angle of between 60° and 120°, preferably 90°, with the running track (809), to a removal orientation, in which the vertical axis of the roll adapter (61) extends between the running track (809) and the conductor track (807). During the pivoting movement of the roller adapter (61) from the usage orientation into the removal orientation, an electric contact between the current collector unit (610) and the conductor track (807) is interrupted. After the roll adapter (61) to be removed has been pivoted into the removal orientation and after the electric contact has been interrupted, the roll adapter is removed via an access region (805) by way of a sideways movement, transverse to the direction of travel, of the roll adapter (61) to be removed.

Abstract

A hanging-bag warehouse (1) with at least partially autonomously or autonomously movable hanging bags (5) includes a grid (49), on which a multiplicity of hanging bags (1) can be moved autonomously or at least partially autonomously. So that, in the case of a hanging-bag warehouse (1) having a large number of autonomously or at least partially autonomously movable hanging bags, it is possible for these hanging bags, in particular up to 1.5 million of them, to be addressed individually, with the smallest possible transmission-power density and the highest possible data rate, in particular so as to coordinate the multiplicity of autonomously movable hanging bags (5) present in the hanging-bag warehouse (1), preferably so as to control flows of goods accommodated in the hanging bags (5) with the lowest possible outlay, the hanging-bag warehouse (1) has a control device (25), by means of which the hanging-bag warehouse (1) can be controlled and/or monitored, also has a first communication arrangement (201), by means of which it is possible to set up a communication pathway A between the control device (25) and an addressee (215), such as any desired individual one of the hanging bags (5), and additionally has a second communication arrangement (203), by means of which it is possible to set up a further communication pathway B between the control device (25) and the addressee (215), the further communication pathway B being independent of the communication pathway A.
