An automatic cloth roll shaft end recognition device, comprising a recognition sensor (2) provided at one end of a cloth roll shaft (1) and an inductor (3) provided on a hoisting device and corresponding to the recognition sensor (2). The recognition sensor (2) is provided in a pipe at one end of the cloth roll shaft (1) and is close to the pipe orifice, so that the corresponding inductor (3) can conveniently detect a signal of the recognition sensor (2). Because the recognition device is mounted in the shaft pipe, the recognition device can be protected by the cloth roll shaft pipe and is not prone to be damaged.

Abstract
Provided is an automatic pressing device comprising rotary press rolls provided in a nozzle conduit. The rotary press rolls comprise two press rolls. One of the two press rolls is a driving press roll, and two ends thereof are fixed to a wall of the nozzle conduit. The other press roll is a driven press roll, and two ends thereof are respectively connected to two parallel rotating arms. A rotation pivot of the two parallel rotating arms is arranged at the wall of the nozzle conduit. The automatic pressing device has a water removal function that facilitates separation of residual dye liquor from a dyed fabric, such that the number of times that clean water needs to be provided is reduced, thereby reducing the time required for rinsing and water consumption, and accordingly meeting environmental requirements for reduced energy consumption and waste production.

Abstract
An efficient double-belt liquid mechanism for a continuous open-width cold pad-batch dyeing/bleaching rolling mill, which relates to the technical field of continuous open-width cold pad-batch dyeing/bleaching devices, and aims to ensure a sufficient liquid-carrying effect under controllable tension conditions. Comprised is a working liquid immersion tank, said working liquid immersion tank being provided with a driving roller and a driven roller. Water retaining plates are disposed at two sides of the driving roller and the driven roller, and the driving roller, the driven roller and the water retaining plates form a V-shaped immersion tank for liquid storage purposes. A batching tube is disposed above the V-shaped immersion tank. Excess air in a fabric structure is replaced by a working liquid in the working liquid immersion tank when pre-wetting, and the fabric is then rolled by a pre-rolling liquid roller group. After being rolled, the moisture in the fabric structure is extruded, and in the process, a negative pressure is also generated between yarn of the fabric and fiber thereof to aid in the supply of liquid. At the same time, a surface of the fabric is pre-wetted and contains the working liquid, and the surface tension thereof is also changed, which is beneficial for the capillary action to be effectively strengthened, thereby achieving an optimum liquid-carrying rate.

Provided by the present application is a guiding device with an overflow nozzle, comprising a swing-bucket; a half-ring nozzle is provided at the bending neck segment of the swing-bucket, and a plurality of low-pressure spraying holes are disposed at a diametral plane position of the bending diameter inside the arc-shaped bending segment of the swing-bucket. The half-ring nozzle is a conical nozzle and comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, and half of the annular slit between the inner ring and the outer ring is closed. The guiding device with an overflow nozzle further comprises a rotation axis disposed at the bottom of the swing-bucket, and the rotation axis is connected with the swing-bucket by means of a connecting block. By using the guiding device with an overflow nozzle, a soft texture of a fabric can be maintained, creases on the fabric can be reduced, dyeing of the fabric can be more uniform, and a winding of the fabric can be avoided such that a huge resource such as the committed time and manpower to unwound the winding knots are saved and the expenditure cost is reduced. Therefore, the device is in particular suitable for a bight-shaped fabric dyeing machine for continuous cloths to process fabrics requiring high soft texture, such as a towel cloth.

The mechanism comprises a driving rotary drum (2) and a driving rotor (3) provided inside the driving drum (2); the driving drum (2) comprises an outer cylinder (21), the outer cylinder (21) being provided, on the surface thereof, with a plurality of through holes (211) for water circulation; the driving rotor (3) comprises an inner cylinder (31) provided inside the outer cylinder (21), the inner cylinder (31) consisting of a plurality of circumferentially distributed paddle blades (311) for allowing the water pressure inside the outer cylinder (21) to be lower than the water pressure outside the outer cylinder. An adjustable nozzle device, comprising a main nozzle body (12) and an outer cylinder body (15) with a set gap left between the two, and further comprising a driver device and a connecting device connected one to the other, the connecting device being connected to the outer cylinder body (15); the driver device drives movement of the connecting device, and the connecting device drives movement of the outer cylinder body (15), adjusting the nozzle gap between the main nozzle body (12) and the outer cylinder body (15), and thereby adjusting the size of the nozzle. By using this device, a nozzle gap can be directly and freely adjusted by hand, thereby controlling the water flow and speed of the nozzle, further decreasing flow control error, lowering chances of uneven dyeing, and adapting to fabric types sensitive to flow.

By means of sensing changes in water level, the device learns about the current movement and bunching of fabric, and then controls the speed of the conveyor belt to achieve good dyeing results.

Provided is a fabric storage tank of a dyeing machine, comprising: a fabric storage tank body (8) connected to a fabric guiding tube outlet (4), wherein the fabric storage tank body (8) is inclined downwardly and is divided into three continuous sections along a liquid flowing direction: a first section (5) is a waterproof bent plate having a smooth surface, a second section (6) is a water permeable sieving plate having holes on the surface thereof, and a third section (7) is a section having a low force of friction; the angle of inclination of the fabric storage tank body (8) is 5-35 degrees; and a Teflon coating is applied on the surface of the third section (7). By means of the fabric storage tank of the present invention, the fabric naturally moves forward by means of gravitation and is separated from the dyeing solution by means of continuous sections having different structures, thereby forming an ideal stacking form, and the stacking form is not affected by the water flow because most of the water content is drained when the fabric enters the last section of the fabric storage tank.

The present invention provides an apparatus and method for pre-treating a fabric in a vat. When a fabric is running in a fabric dyeing machine, a steam nozzle can be disposed behind a fabric guiding tube and in front of a fabric plaiter, to spray high-temperature steam to the fabric, such that a stress is released from the fabric, and the fabric can run more smoothly, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of fold repeat of the fabric. Meanwhile, the permeability of dyes is also improved, the dyeing is more even, a dyeing machine can have a better color yield, and the dyeing time is shortened; moreover, because the high-temperature steam has functions of drying and moisture absorption, an even dyeing effect can be achieved without heating the fabric by a user using a pre-treating machine, so that the purposes of energy saving, consumption reduction, low carbon emission and environmental protection can be achieved, thereby reducing costs.

Abstract
Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for vat cleaning in a high temperature one-way outflow cheese dyeing machine. The apparatus is secured onto the vat cover of the high temperature one-way outflow cheese dyeing machine, a moving sleeve and the vat cover being secured by welding. During the cleaning process, clean water is provided by a water pump through the water supply pipe to a port of the moving sleeve, and is sprayed from a nozzle at high speed. At the same time, since the nozzle is driven by a rotating drive apparatus, it can dynamically rotate, and by rotating at a high frequency it drives the nozzle to spin at the same frequency, thereby causing the clean water to spray out of the activated nozzle and in a showering manner cleans the vat, top disk, and top lock. The apparatus can clean up accumulated fluid on the top disk and to lock at high speed, preventing it from contaminating the cheese, and reduces the top disk and top lock cooldown time, so a user does not need to waste time waiting for the top disk and top lock to cool down for disassembly, and provides great improvement in production efficiency.

Disclosed in the present invention is a device for adjusting water flow distribution in a dyeing tank. The device comprises a fabric guiding tube (2), and a tail portion of the fabric guiding tube (2) extends downwards in a curve. Filter holes (6) are provided on a wall of the tail portion of the fabric guiding tube. A baffle plate (5) capable of rotating by a certain angle is provided at an exit of the tail portion of the fabric guiding tube (2). The baffle plate (5) surrounds the tail portion of the fabric guiding tube (2) such that the liquids flowing out of the filter holes (6) from a surface of the fabric guiding tube (2) are all restrained inside the baffle plate (5), and guides the liquids to exit from the exit of the baffle plate (5). The device can effectively adjust the volume of the liquid flow driving a fabric (1) to drop from the exit of the fabric guiding tube (2) onto a fabric storage tank (7). The device for adjusting the water flow distribution in the dyeing tank and the method thereof can improve the uneven stacking of the fabric caused by an irregular fall without affecting the overall operation of a dyeing machine.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for controlling dual-tank impregnation and dual-drum loose dyeing. The method mainly comprises: a dyeing machine is activated, a fabric is introduced, and at the same time a dye injection system is activated; the fabric is driven by a master drum (3) and a slave drum (4) for cycled dyeing; the fabric is dip-dyed twice; the rotational speed of the slave drum (4) is increased until the fabric touches a sensor device (11); and, the rotational speed of the slave drum (4) is reduced until the fabric moves away from touching the sensor device (11). The apparatus comprises the master drum (3), the slave drum (4), a passive wheel (5), a bottom tank (10), an upper tank (6) provided with the sensor (11), and a controller. The controller is provided with a control loop system, a fabric automatic slacking control system, a master drum speed control system, a slave drum speed control system, a slack alarm control system, and a tightened-state detection system. Same comprises a main housing (1), a dyeing bottom tank (10), a dyeing auxiliary tank (6), a lifting drum (3), an auxiliary lifting drum (4), and a fabric-laying apparatus. The dyeing auxiliary tank (6) is mounted above the dyeing bottom tank (10). A row of nozzles are horizontally mounted on the inner wall at the bottom part of the dyeing auxiliary tank (6). The dyeing auxiliary tank (6) is smaller in size than the bottom tank, is fitted with a passive drum (5), and is fitted at an entrance with a sensor (13) and the fabric-laying apparatus. The surfaces of the lifting drum (3) and the auxiliary lifting drum (4) are non-smooth corrugations. The main housing (1) of the dyeing machine is provided with a work door (2) and a maintenance door (12) to facilitate operation and maintenance. The present invention increases the uniformity of towel-type fabrics in absorbing dyes, reduces the amount of dye, water, and electricity used, is of a compact machine body size, implements reduced costs and reduced emissions, and is widely applicable in dyeing processes for heavy fabrics.

A detecting and controlling method for a rinsing procedure of a dyeing machine, which comprises the following steps: introducing a dye liquor contained in a vessel for dyeing in the dyeing machine into a dye liquor-measuring chamber; emitting a light beam from an emitting device, the light beam passing through the dye liquor in the dye liquor-measuring chamber and then being received and collected by a receiving device; a receiving sensor being connected to a master control system, the master control system analysing data transmitted from the receiving sensor and defining the concentration of the dye liquor using colour data; the master control system selects a discharge outlet to discharge the dye liquor contained in a vessel for dyeing in stages according to the concentration of the dye liquor defined and by referring to a set value. The present invention directly captures the data of dye liquor colour in real time to detect the colour of the dye liquor, and achieves control of the procedures of dyeing and rinsing of the dyeing machine via a computer system in a control centre, and can be widely applied in dyeing and rinsing processes of the dyeing and finishing industry.

Provided is a dyeing machine filter with a heat exchange device, the filter comprising a main body (1), a filter screen (8), a scraper (9), an end cover (16) and a motor (17), and further comprising a heat exchange device mounted in the main body (1). The heat exchange device is composed of a heat exchanger (13) of a metal structure, and is in a cylindrical or coil tube shape, and a heat exchange medium pipeline is arranged in the heat exchange device. The scraper (9) comprises helical blades, and has a hard structure. A plurality of blades can be mounted on a rotation shaft. The filter screen (8) is in a cylinder shape, a groove (20) is formed in the filter screen, a space which cannot be touched by the scraper when it rotates is formed in a part of the inner wall of the filter screen, so that the residue scraped by the scraper and adhered to the inner wall of the filter screen can be cleaned, thereby improving the cleanness of dyeing liquor. A novel cheese dyeing machine comprises a cylinder body (5), a yarn rack (15), yarn bamboo (16) and a driving motor (26), wherein the yarn rack (15) and the yarn bamboo (16) are arranged in the cylinder body (5); a centrifugal pump (27) and a heat exchange coiled pipe (18) are also arranged in the cylinder body (5); the heat exchange coiled pipe (18) is arranged at a bottom of the cylinder body (5); a shell of the centrifugal pump is divided into two parts, one half of the shell is integrated with a cylinder bottom (3), and the other half of the shell (11) can be separated and jointed with the cylinder bottom (3); the centrifugal pump comprises double suction ports (25a, b) and is provided with an electronic speed-regulating control system for controlling a rotary speed of the centrifugal pump (27); and the heat exchange coiled pipe (18) is fixed below the yarn rack (15) and is externally connected to a water and steam source. A fluid flow control system controls dyeing fluid to flow one-way, and a pressurization and depressurization system, an injection system and a temperature increasing and decreasing system are also arranged. The dyeing machine can be widely used in the dyeing and finishing industry.
