Abstract

The invention relates to a hinge joint, particularly for articulated connection of a door leaf or gate leaf to a door frame or gate post, said hinge joint being characterized with respect to the prior art in that the articulated connection is designed such that the height and distance of the articulated door leaf or gate leaf from the door frame or gate post is adjustable, as is the relative position thereof in relation to the door frame or gate post. This is achieved in that the hinge bush (5) connected to the door leaf or gate leaf is mounted so as to be height-adjustable with respect to the stop point via an adjusting screw (10), and also in that the hinge bush (5) is guided by means of a threaded stud (12) passed through the slotted hole (13) of a mounting bar (14) connected to the door leaf or gate leaf. The threaded stud (12) is secured in the slotted hole (13) by means of a nut-locknut connection (15, 16), and both the distance of the door leaf or gate leaf from, and the relative position thereof in relation to a door frame or gate post is adjustable.
