Abstract

A celebratory apparatus comprising a light stick holder formed from moulded plastics material with downwardly directed spikes, an inner chamber within the holder being of a size and shape to hold in a side upon side one resting upon another alignment a plurality of light sticks with each side of the chamber being a transparent wall with an outer planar face to which is adhered a transparent sheet having a celebratory sign thereon. There are also provided necklace holders to subsequently hold lighted light sticks.
