Provided are a multiple liquid chip detection method and a kit, using an HSV‑1 viral culture and BV gD, SIV p27, SRV p27 and HTLV‑1envelope recombinant proteins as antigens of BV, SIV, SRV and STLV respectively to coat magnetic beads with different numbers, using the magnetic beads coated with different antigens as carriers, to establish a multiple liquid chip detection method capable of simultaneously detecting four antibodies, namely, monkey BV and other three retroviruses.
