Abstract
An integrated cutting and joining machine comprises a frame, wherein a welding unit is disposed in an upper portion of the frame, and a cutting unit is installed below the welding unit. With the welding unit and the cutting unit disposed in the integrated cutting and joining machine, sheets can be placed on the cutting unit, cut so as to be level and then placed in the welding unit, and the two cut sheets can be welded together using a welding gun in the welding unit. A degreasing device for rolling and conveying comprises a base (13). A first roller unit and a second roller unit are mounted on the base (13). A first degreasing unit is arranged on a front side of the first roller unit. At least one grease scraping unit is arranged on a front side of the first degreasing unit. A second degreasing unit is arranged on a rear side of the second roller unit. The grease scraping unit, the first degreasing unit, the first roller unit, the second roller unit, and the second degreasing unit are sequentially arranged on the base (13), such that when iron material passes through the grease scraping unit, contaminants and a portion of grease on a surface of the iron material are scraped off; after passing through the first degreasing unit, most of the grease on the surface of the iron material is wiped off; the iron material passes through the first roller unit and the second roller unit, and burrs on the iron material are flattened by the roller; and then the iron material enters the second degreasing unit, and the grease on the surface of the iron material is further removed, thereby achieving multiple degreasing steps. The contaminants on the iron material are prevented from entering the degreasing unit, extending service life of the first degreasing unit and the second degreasing unit.

Before a film is adhered, a groove on a door frame type decorative strip is enlarged by means of the side plate (2). A 3M tape or foam is placed between the copying slider and a bottom wall of the groove. A portion of the 3M tape or foam is pressed into contact with the copying slider via the elastic device, such that the same is held against and adhered to the bottom wall of the groove; and then the copying block for simple adhering of a film is rapidly slid along a straight line, so as to closely adhere, along the straight line, the 3M tape or foam to the bottom wall of the groove, thereby improving adhering speed and product quality, and reducing a defective product rate.

The mounting seat is provided with a control system, an oil tank (1), an oil pump, and an air pump. An air inlet of the mixing valve (3) communicates with the air pump via a first pipe. The pressure and oil volume are controlled by the air pump and the oil pump. The air volume and the oil volume can be manually adjusted via the mixing valve. In addition, the control system is provided with a foolproof linkage and a sequence and timing for oil and air spraying. The invention is easy to operate, and can be adapted for any product produced on the punching machine.

An automatic transport apparatus for use with an automotive trim product, comprising: a base (3), which is located between a pure extrusion production line (1) and a flocking production line (2), a row of conveying wheels (4) and two inverting cylinders (6) being arranged on the base (3); after center portions of the conveying wheel (4) are depressed inward, the center portions of all of the conveying wheels (4) form a conveying channel, the inverting cylinders (6) being located at a lower side of the conveying wheels (4); a working end of a turn over cylinder (6) is vertically upwards and the working end thereof may be inserted between two conveying wheels (4), the turn over cylinder (6) being close to the flocking production line (2); a photoelectric sensor switch (5) is arranged on an upper side of a conveying wheel (4) which is close to the pure extrusion production line (1), the photoelectric sensor switch (5) being connected to the inverting cylinders (6) by means of a programmable logic controller (PLC) control box (7). After a trim extrusion piece passes through the photoelectric sensor switch (5), the PLC control box (7) controls the inverting cylinders (6) to invert the trim extrusion piece, thus automatically inverting trim extrusion pieces, and reducing labor intensity for an operator.

Abstract
An automatic pick-up mechanism for a stamping die comprises one or more pick-up units installed at a lower die plate. Each pick-up unit comprises a drive cylinder (1), two supporting members (3), a rotary shaft (4), a tipping member (5), and a storage member (6). The rotary shaft has one end connected to an extended end of the drive cylinder by means of a mount (2) and the other end passing through the supporting member, and is driven by the drive cylinder to rotate. A central line of the rotary shaft is perpendicular to a direction in which the extended end of the drive cylinder moves. One end of the tipping member is fixed to the rotary shaft. The other end of the tipping member extends to a preformed recess of a lower die in the lower die plate. The storage member is fixed to one side of the rotary shaft and extends out of the lower die plate. The automatic pick-up mechanism realizes automatic pick-up of products, thereby improving productivity.

Abstract
