Abstract

The present invention relates to threaded closing caps used to close bottles that have a threaded bottle neck, and means of protection of alcoholic and non alcoholic products, including means of identification of products produced by manufacturer, which are located at the closing device. The inventive closing cap has a metallic cover (preferably made of aluminum), which has weakened portions, in partially perforations, with means of identification. The metallic cover also has an internal cylindrical polymeric bushing having an internal threading, which is intended to interact with the external threading of the bottle neck; the bushing is coupled to the cover by tight fitting or by adhesion, and a chamfered portion is arranged in the upper portion of the bushing, in order to facilitated the assembling of pieces. Various embodiments of the closing cap are contemplated.

Abstract

The invention relates to closing devices for precious liquid-containing bottles protecting against a repeated filling and indicating the first bottle opening. The inventive closing device for a bottle ptovided with a sliding pipe comprises a decorative shell, a locking sleeve provided with slots embodied on the internal surface thereof, a pouring plug which is provided with a screw thread and on which a cap comprising a pipe which is used for pouring a liquid and is provided with slots embodied on the external lateral surface thereof. Said decorative shell is provided with a detachable top part weaken by vertical notches, connection straps are embodied on the lateral and end surface at different pitches, wherein the last connection strap arranged on the end face of the shell in a tearing direction is embodied such that it is reinforced and a ratio between the length thereof the weaken strap length is equal to or greater than 2.5, notches and at least two limiting flanges are embodied on the internal surface of the decorative shell and the pouring plug is provided with external ribs interacting with the shell notches. In the second variant of the closing device, an oppositely directed screw thread is embodied on the shell internal surface and on a pouring plug external surface. The invention provides with an additional protection level against a non-authorised opening by the destruction a part of the shell and makes it possible to increase the reliability of a liquid dispensing since the pouring plug is devoid of mechanical parts causing disagreeable effects due to the sealing and seizure thereof.

Abstract

The inventive bottle closing device comprises a threaded cap which is fixed by means of a screw thread embodied on the bottle in such a way that through channels are formed, an elastic element provided with a through hole and protrusions which form a top-open annular cavity provided with the low part of an internal sleeve arranged therein in such a way that a space is formed between a bottom and the elastic element protrusions. Said closing device is also provided with a shell which is fixed to an external sleeve, comprises a detachable top part which is weaken by vertical notches and connection straps embodied on the top part thereof at different pitches, wherein the last connection strap arranged on the end face of the shell in a tearing direction is embodied such that it is reinforced and a ratio between the length thereof the weaken strap length is equal to or greater than 2.5 and at least two limiting annular projections, one of which is slotted, are embodied on the shell internal surface. In the second variant of the closing device, an oppositely directed screw thread is embodied on the shell internal surface and on a pouring plug external surface.
