Abstract

A process is described for treating solid urban wastes (RSU) comprising the steps of providing (Fl) at least one amount of solid urban wastes RSU (R1), triturating (F3) such wastes (R1) for providing at least one amount of triturated wastes (R2), separating (F5) such triturated wastes (R2) from a component of metallic wastes (RM) and obtaining (F7) at least one component of non-metallic wastes (RNJ of such triturated wastes (R2), humid separating (F9) such non-metallic wastes (RNM) to obtain at least one component fraction of plastic wastes (RP), at least one component fraction of organic-cellulosic wastes (Roc) and at least one component fraction of inert wastes (R1), supplying (FlI) such component fraction of plastic wastes (RP) to at least one thermocatalytic system to obtain a combustible mixture, supplying (F13) such component fraction of organic-cellulosic wastes (Roc) to a gassifying system to obtain a synthesis gaseous fuel. A system is further described for treating solid urban wastes.

Abstract

A reactor (1) is described for the thermo-catalytic conversion of plastic materials into liquid hydrocarbons (37) through de-polymerisation, comprising at least one reaction furnace (3) equipped with at least one reaction chamber (5, in which at least the surfaces of the reactor (1) itself in contact with the plastic materials reacting inside the reaction furnace (3) are covered with at least one layer (39, 41, 45, 47) of slow-release catalyst material.

Abstract

A removable pyrolysing system (1) is described, in particular for the 'in situ' heat treatment of solid urban wastes in disposal tanks (9) with energy recovery, comprising at least one heating bell (3) capable of being transferred adapted to define at least one pyrolysation chamber (5) to subject to a pyrolysis reaction individual areas (7) of such wastes, such heating bell (3) capable of being transferred being preferably composed of at least one layer of a refractory material and equipped with high-temperature heating means of such pyrolysation chamber (5). A disposing process for solid urban wastes in disposal tanks (9) using a removable pyrolisation system (1) is further described.
