Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for recognizing a vehicle identification number and, in detail, the vehicle identification number can be accurately recognized even when a surface where the vehicle identification number is engraved is contaminated or lighting is not uniform, by recognizing the vehicle identification number by using a vehicle identification number image having depth information and a vehicle identification number image having brightness information, and the vehicle identification number engraved on a vehicle can be accurately recognized at a scene by performing edge comparison by using a reference image generated in graphics from character information of a pre-set vehicle identification number and at the same time, performing brightness comparison by using a reference image generated by capturing a vehicle identification number actually engraved by using the character information of the pre-set vehicle identification number.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a down light structure, which constitutes a recessed frame comprising a connection frame for connecting/fixing a base member to a hollow fixing member and is inserted in the fixing member and provided with a light source, and to an LED down light fixture having a structure capable of separation/coupling, characterized by the feature of comprising: an LED housing comprising a first terminal, which is for connection with a socket provided in the base member, and a second terminal, which is inserted inside the fixing member, provided therein with a printed circuit board having an LED mounted thereon, electrically conductively connected to the printed circuit board, and connected/coupled to the first terminal; and a cover for covering the whole surface of the LED housing. The LED down light fixture having a structure capable of separation/coupling is configured such that the light source of a down light, which comprises a fluorescent lamp, a three-wave lamp, or the like and can be recessed in a ceiling or wall, can be replaced with an LED, and is expected to have the effect of being changeable/replaceable directly by a user without demolishing the recessed frame previously recessed.

Abstract
The present invention relates to an LED bar for advertisement, lighting and indoor and outdoor interior. The LED bar having a structure capable of assembling a block without a cable comprises a unit LED bar (10) having a predetermined length and in which a printed circuit board (12) on which LEDs (11) are surface-mounted is included and mutually connects end portion connection terminals (13) of printed circuit boards (12) of respective unit LED bars (10) by using a connection terminal (20) for connection between the unit LED bars (10). Therefore, by connecting only a separate connection terminal (20) between unit LED bars (10) having a relatively short LED bar length without a cable connection, no cable is necessary, and thus an elegant external appearance, lighting and advertisement efficiency are maximized when an advertisement panel, an indoor interior and an outer wall are provided, and seamless lightings can be provided by using unit LED bars (10) so as to be free from a mounting location or a site condition, thereby enabling an increase in work reliability.
