Abstract
The invention relates to salts and hydrates of arylcycloalkylamine derivatives of general formula (I) and formula (II), where in formula (I), R1 and R2 signify H, a linear or branched alkyl (C1, C4), a linear or branched alkoxy (C1, C4), and halogen; Y: -CH2-O-CH2-, -(CH2)n-, where n: 1-3; X: -CO-NH-(CH2)6-, -CO-(CH2)k-, -CH2-NH-(CH2)6-, -CH(CH3)-NH-(CH2)6-, -(CO)p-(CHR5)m-(CH2)n-, where p, m, n: 0, 1, k: 4-6, R5: H, linear alkyl C1-C5; R3, R4: H, linear alkyl C1-C4, -CH2-C°CH, -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-NH2, cyclopropyl, cyclopropyl methyl; 4-pyridinyl, an amino-acid residue of an acyclic or aromatic a-amino acid, proline, g-aminobutyric acid, e-aminocaproic acid, b-alanine; -CHR6-CH2-O-R7, where R6: H or a linear or branched alkyl C1-C4, benzyl; R7: H, a linear alkyl C1-C4; R3 and R4, together with nitrogen to which they are attached, form a pyrrolidine, 1-piperidine, 2-(hydroxymethyl) pyrolidine, 4-aminopyridine ring; G: a low molecular weight (C1-C4) carboxylic or mineral acid or water. In formula (II), Y signifies -CH2-O-CH2, -(CH2)2-. The compounds exhibit a neuroprotective, analgesic and antidepressant effect.
