Abstract

An ethanol dehydration steam heating device comprises a horizontal furnace (1), comprising, in order, a combustion chamber (1.1) at a front section, a radiant heating chamber (1.2) at a middle section, and a convection heating chamber (1.3) at a rear section. The combustion chamber (1.1) is separated from the radiant heating chamber (1.2) by a porous heat storage wall (1.4). A radiant heater (2) is disposed in the radiant heating chamber (1.2). A steam inlet (2.2.1) and a steam outlet (2.2.2) are disposed on the radiant heater (2). A vertical flue (3) is disposed at the top of the convection heating chamber (1.3). Heat exchangers (4) are disposed along the flue (3) and vertically spaced apart. The heat exchangers (4) are concatenated in order by a steam pipeline (6). The lowest heat exchanger (4) is connected to the radiant heater (2) by the steam pipeline (6). A front end of the combustion chamber (1.1) is provided with a burner inlet (1.1.2). A waste liquid gun inlet, a waste steam inlet (1.1.3), and a circulating air supplementation device (7) are disposed on a sidewall close to the front end of the combustion chamber (1.1). The circulating air supplementation device (7) comprises a hot air circulation pipeline (7.1) surrounding the sidewall of the combustion chamber (1.1) and connected thereto in a sealed manner and a hot air inlet pipe (7.2) disposed to be tangential to the hot air circulation pipeline (7.1). Air supplementation holes (7.3) surrounding the center of a circle are disposed on the sidewall of the combustion chamber (1.1) in the hot air circulation pipeline (7.1). The air supplementation holes (7.3) communicate with the combustion chamber (1.1).
