Abstract

A self-cleaning device and method for a double-layer water seal floating bell jar. At least one floating body (3) capable of floating upwards and downwards in an annular water flow gap between an upper-layer water seal floating bell jar (1) and a water seal box (2) thereof is disposed in the gap. Descaling is performed through impact and friction on an outer wall of the upper-layer water seal floating bell jar (1) and an inner wall of the water seal box (2) by the floating body (3) floating upwards and downwards with a water level during water flushing. The floating body (3) is prevented from flushing away downwards with a water flow through a water permeable gate ring (11) disposed at the bottom of a periphery of the upper-layer water seal floating bell jar (1). The device and method can implement self-cleaning and descaling in water flushing without an external force, and prevent foreign flavor emission and water flow unsmoothness that are caused by scaling.

Abstract

A self-cleaning water sealing device, comprising a downstream water seal segment (1) and an upstream water seal segment (2) in communication therewith; at least one floating ball (3) capable of moving up and down with the flow is internally disposed in the downstream water seal segment (1); at least one heavy ball (4) capable of moving up and down with the flow is internally disposed in the upstream water seal segment (2); the lower end of the downstream water seal segment (1) and the upper end of the upstream water seal segment (2) are both provided with floating ball (3) and heavy ball (4) stop devices (6, 12). The self-cleaning water sealing device is structurally simple, maintenance-free and less likely to form scale in the water seal, and has a good self-cleaning effect.

Abstract

A multilayer water seal device comprises: a water seal box (1) connected to a sewer pipe, at least two layers of water seal, and at least one elastically telescopic device (31; 32; 33). The water seal box (1) is provided with at least one layer of annular slot (11). The at least one layer of annular slot (11) surrounds the periphery of the sewer pipe. The at least one layer annual slot (11) is divided into an inner layer and an outer layer. An outer layer annular slot (112) is higher than an inner layer annular slot (111). Each layer of water seal is correspondingly disposed on the layer of annular slot corresponding to the position thereof. The at least two layers of water seal comprise at least one layer of bell-type water seal (2). The at least two layers of water seal are seal-connected to each other. The elastically telescopic device (31; 32; 33) is used for supporting an outermost layer of water seal among the at least one layer of bell-type water seal (2). A water inlet (4) is disposed between the at least one layer of bell-type water seal (2) and the water seal box (1). A water outlet is disposed between an innermost layer of water seal among the at least one layer of bell-type water seal (2) and the sewer pipe. The multilayer water seal device can conserve water and effectively avoid the siphon phenomenon.
