Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement comprising at least one printing press and a conveying carriage for replaceable cylinders of the printing press. The conveying carriage is designed to transport and/or be able to transport at least one cylinder between a position within the printing press and a position outside the printing press. At least two different cylinders of the printing press which are in contact with each other in couples during a printing operation are arranged in cylinder holders of the conveying carriage in a first mode of operation. The conveying carriage has at least one lifting arm which can be and/or is driven in a machine-controlled manner so as to be movable relative to other components of the conveying carriage. The invention also relates to a method for conveying at least one cylinder of a printing press between a removable position within or on the printing press and a position within a storage magazine.

Abstract

The invention relates to a positioning device for positioning at least two cylinders of a printing group of a printing machine. Said positioning device comprises at least one rail arrangement, and the rail arrangement comprises at least one rail and at least two carriages. Respectively one bearing connected to a journal of at least one of the at least two cylinders is arranged on each of the at least two carriages and the at least two carriages can be moved along the at least one rail and can be fixed in pre-determinable positions along the rail arrangement. The carriages can be moved and/or positioned along the rail arrangement by means of a drive selectively acting on at least one of the carriages, and/or a number of fixing elements is arranged at least along the at least one rail. The invention also relates to a method for positioning cylinders in a printing group of a printing machine.

Abstract

The invention relates to a bearing receptacle of a bearing of a cylinder journal of a cylinder of a printing machine, wherein the bearing receptacle comprises at least two retractable bearing shells and wherein one of the retractable bearing shells is pivotally disposed relative to the other retractable bearing shell. A drive for pivoting said one retractable bearing shell is connected to the retractable bearing shell by means of a connection. The bearing receptacle is designed to be locked and unlocked by means of a different drive, said the bearing receptacle comprising a pivotable retaining clip designed for locking the bearing receptacle. The bearing receptacle comprises a pivotable actuating lever interacting with the retaining clip, wherein the actuating lever is pivotally disposed by means of the other drive and independent of the retractable bearing shell. A spring is disposed pressing the retaining clip in an unlocking position. The invention further relates to a method for closing and locking a bearing receptacle of a bearing of a cylinder journal of a cylinder of a printing machine, wherein the bearing receptacle is closed by means of a drive and wherein subsequently a retaining clip is pivoted into a position in which said clip locks the bearing receptacle. The retaining clip is pivoted by an actuating lever, said actuating lever pivoting the retaining clip against a spring force at least during a part of the pivoting motion.
