Abstract

The present invention pertains to a bill counting device which may automatically recognize different currency denominations without changing settings. Particularly, when the different currency denominations are mixed, the different currency denominations may be simultaneously and automatically distinguished and counted using recognition devices for the currency denominations of individual countries without changing modes for each country but by inserting all the currencies at once. Therefore, when the different currency denominations are mixed, it is possible to alleviate the inconvenience of sorting or changing modes to count the different currencies and to save time. In addition, an integral determination device is added to the highly reliable currency recognition devices such that reliable recognition results may be obtained and bills of different countries may be processed simultaneously.
