The retaining guard also includes a retaining flap positioned at a first end of the elongated main portion adjacent to a prong of the coil tine and projecting towards the rotating component when the retaining guard is mounted thereon. A restrictor plate system for an industrial vertical mixer including at least one restrictor plate assembly engageable with a tub of the vertical mixer. The at least one restrictor plate assembly comprises a restrictor plate, a restrictor plate actuator and a control system. The restrictor plate is engageable into a corresponding one of at least one restrictor plate aperture of a peripheral wall of the tub and is configurable between a restriction configuration and a non-restriction configuration. The restrictor plate actuator is operatively connected to the restrictor plate and mechanically displaces the restrictor plate between the restriction configuration and the non-restriction configuration. The control system is operatively connected to the restrictor plate actuator. The control system receives a user input and generates a control signal, based on the user input, for controlling the restrictor plate actuator. When in use, the bale unloading device goes from a retracted state to an extended state, pushing the last bale through a bale wrapping device and towards a wrapped bale support structure located on the wrapped bale unloading end of the bale wrapping machine. The bale unloading member is powered by hydraulic valves/actuators and therefore does not necessitate any manual intervention to unload the last bale from the bale wrapping machine.
