Abstract

A method for producing hollow reshapable products (1), the method comprising the consecutive steps of: providing a mandrel (2), creating a hollow reshapable product (1) lying adjacent to the mandrel outer surface (3) by pressing a slab of reshapable material (4) against the mandrel outer surface (3), and removing the reshapable product (1) from the mandrel (2) along a removal direction substantially parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel (2). The invention also relates to an apparatus for producing hollow reshapable products comprising a mandrel (2).
