Abstract

The invention relates to a support device (2) for the construction industry, particularly for supporting a joist formwork. The support device (2) comprises an elongate horizontal transverse carrier (4) and at least two supporting elements (6) arranged perpendicularly to the transverse carrier (4), the heights of which are adjustable. The length of the transverse carrier (4) is variable in order to improve adaptability.
