Abstract

The invention relates to a distance compensating element for arrangement between two components with a metal foil (4), with spring elements (6) integrally formed with the metal foil (4), wherein the spring elements (6) project from the plane (E) of the metal foil (4) and wherein the spring elements (6) are adapted to be in contact with at least one of the components. The invention also relates to an arrangement comprising two components (22, 24) and a distance-compensating element (2). The invention solves the technical problem of improving a spacer element and an arrangement of two components and a spacer element.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing blades (32) from a steel material. The problem of specifying a method by means of which the edge shape of the blade (32) made of a steel material is optimized and which allows for flexible production of blades (32) is solved by a method which comprises at least the following steps: providing a flat product (14) made of a steel material, wherein, at least for a section of the flat product (14), a side of the flat product (14) is selected as a sharp edge side (16) and the side opposite the sharp edge side (16) is selected as a round edge side (18); coating the sharp edge side (16) of the flat product (14) at least in part with an etching resistant photoresist (20); developing the etching-resistant photoresist (20); performing an etching treatment of the flat product (14) for producing at least one sharp edge (28) on the sharp edge side (16) and for generating at least one edge (30) opposite the sharp edge (28) on the round edge side (18); and optionally rounding the at least one edge (30) on the round edge side (18). The invention furthermore relates to a use of an etching-resistant photoresist (20) in etching treatments of flat products (14) in order to produce blades (32) made of a steel material and a blade (32) and a filter (42) made of a steel material.
