The frying and roasting machine can adjust the temperature in frying and roasting in real time according to real conditions, obtain fried and roasted food with higher quality, conform to relevant regulations of food machining better and lower risks in damaging health.
A roasting temperature monitoring apparatus comprises: a circuit board (100), at least one temperature sensor component (101), a wireless transmission module (102) and a housing (103). The circuit board (100) is connected to each temperature sensor component (101) and the wireless transmission module (102), respectively.
