Abstract

A system of controlled shoe upper sides lasting, consisting of four lower cylinders (10), two compression cylinders (3), bearing a properly shaped base (9) fixed on their end rods, for housing of four cylinders (1) by means of another base (2) acting as a guide, said base (2) bearing internally a controlled pressure elastic tubular means (4) and an rubber mold (8) of general shape placed in between them, suitable of being embedded in various types of machines and for all shoe uppers types, characterized in being capable of applying a sectional millimetric compression on the shoe upper materials, by holding the top line (11) at the sequence starting and by applying an increasing pressure-compression until the full enclosing of the last is achieved up to point (14), thus said process providing an ideal upper materials/last proximity and retaining of the shoe upper top line level nature and desired position with no shoe upper distortions, wrinkles etc. being created.

Abstract

The hybrid packing box of present invention with oval sides and radii corners, consists of either two or more parallelogram shaped layers of material (1),(2) and (3), of paper, or carton or any other material, the internal of which -meaning the layer bearing the internal printed label - has openings (4), of any shape in predetermined positions. The one or both of the non printed surfaces are cemented with a suitable substance and are placed on the top of one another with an offset of 25 mm in respect to the dimension of the circumference of the final product, while they are completely matched in respect to the height, said two or more combined layers being formed by a manual or mechanical way on a male mold (5), where the free edges are in contact with one another while being bonded, creating thus a continuous and step free join area.
