Abstract

An electric system of a lathe-miller combined machine tool with simultaneously copying inner and outer circles of a piston ring comprises an embedded and integrated industrial computer, a programmable logic controller, a first frequency changer, a second frequency changer, and a servo amplifier. The embedded and integrated industrial computer is connected to the programmable logic controller through the RS232 interface, and is connected to the first frequency changer and the second frequency changer separately through the RS485 interface; the programmable logic controller is connected to the servo amplifier through the RS422 interface; and the servo amplifier is connected to a lathe feed motor, the first frequency changer is connected to a spindle motor, and the second frequency changer is connected to a miller feed motor. In this solution, with a network electric control system, device parameters and control information can be synchronously transmitted, displayed, and set in real time. Control buttons of the system are mostly implemented by using a touch screen, thereby simplifying the operation, reducing the cost of hardware system devices, and achieving a desirable use effect.
