Abstract

Disclosed is a method for separating tin from a variety of combined metals and collecting same. The method for separating and collecting tin from the variety of combined metals according to the present invention, comprises: a leaching step of introducing tin into a solubility increasing agent for increasing the solubility inside the catalyst of tin (IV) ions, which uses a variety of combined metals to which at least one different metal having a lower ionization tendency compared to tin is combined as an oxidizing agent, and uses tin ions to leach the tin from the variety of combined metals, and then settling the different metal; a solid-liquid separation step of separating the different metal in a solid state from the solvent in which tin is dissolved after the leaching step; and a collection step of collecting tin from the solvent.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for separating and collecting useful metals from a waste lead-free solder. The method for separating and collecting useful metals in the waste lead-free solder according to the present invention, comprises: a leaching step of introducing the waste lead-free solder, which comprises tin, copper, and silver, into a solvent comprising a solubility increasing agent for increasing the solubility of tin (IV) ions and tin ions so as to leach tin from the waste lead-free solder, and then settling copper and silver; a solid-liquid separation step for separating copper and silver that are combined in a solid state and the solvent in which tin ions in a liquid state are dissolved after the leaching step; a tin collection step of collecting tin from the solvent; and a selective collection step of separating copper and silver in the solid state.
