Abstract

A yarn breakage monitoring device, comprising a ring spinning machine (1), a blowing and suction cleaning apparatus (4), and a yarn breakage detection device. The yarn breakage detection device comprises a spindle position mark, a wireless camera (31), a fixed member (32), a monitoring terminal and a yarn breakage position determination system. A light source (35) is mounted on the fixed member (32) of the yarn breakage detection device. When the blowing and suction cleaning apparatus (4) moves reciprocally, the light source shines directly on a monitoring position of a spindle position. The quality of a real-time image of the yarn monitoring location captured by the wireless camera (31) is not affected by ambient light and shade, nor by the speed of the blowing and suction cleaning apparatus or the like, and as a result the determination of whether or not yarn has broken at the yarn monitoring position is more reliable.

Abstract

A yarn break monitoring device, comprising a ring spinning frame (1), a blowing and suction cleaning machine (4) and a yarn break detecting device. The yarn break detecting device consists of a wireless camera (31), a fixing part (32), a monitoring terminal (33) and a yarn break position determining system. The wireless camera (31) is installed on the blowing and suction cleaning vehicle (4) by means of the fixing part (32). The wireless camera (31) directly faces a yarn detection area (6) of the yarn spindle position for camera shooting. The yarn break position determining system compares a real-time image of the yarn detection area (6) that is captured by the wireless camera (32) with a standard image of the yarn detection area (6) when yarns are not broken so as to judge whether yarns (6) located at the yarn detection area are broken, and outputs a judgment result signal to the monitoring terminal (33).

Abstract

A gathering device used by a spinning machine for gathering fibrous strips, the device comprising gathering rollers, a gathering tube, a reinforcing component, a conveyor belt, and a wear-resistant part; the wear-resistant part wraps around the periphery of the gathering tube, with the two ends of the wear-resistant part being open; the two ends of the wear-resistant part are fixed within a through slot receiving the reinforcing component on the surface of the gathering tube; the wear-resistant part is provided with an air suction gap thereon and an elastic tensioning rod in the middle; the conveyor belt is sleeved on the gathering tube and the wear-resistant part, and is tightened by the elastic tensioning rod disposed in the middle of the wear-resistant part. The present invention adds between a conveyor belt and a gathering tube a replaceable wear-resistant part capable of tensioning the conveyor belt, so that the gathering tube can be used on a long term basis without being changed as a whole, and the wear-resistant part can elastically support the conveyor belt, thus eliminating a gap between the conveyor belt and the gathering tube, and greatly reducing parts interchangeability and manufacturing cost; in addition, an air suction gap in compliance with spinning requirements can be easily made on the wear-resistant part, thus being convenient to replace, of low cost, and also improving production efficiency.
