Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic milking apparatus for livestock. When livestock enters the apparatus through an inlet door of a feed supply portion, a feed container is rotated forward and backward so that the feed container can be positioned in front of the livestock, and thus, the livestock can be fed within a regulated space. At the same time, a robot arm moves a teat cup to a teat of the livestock through an opening, and simultaneously, a length adjusting portion of the milking apparatus is moved up and down to guide unwinding of a suction hose, and then, milk is moved to a milk collecting jar through the suction hose and a milk transport hose while the teat cup is sucked around the teat of the livestock due to the vacuum pressure of the suction hose. Thus, while the livestock is fed in the feed supply portion, milking of milk from the livestock is carried out through the milking apparatus. According to the present invention, the feed container is automatically positioned to correspond to the size of the livestock in the feed supply portion, and thus, the livestock can be easily fed. In addition, because the feed container is located in front of the livestock, there is no concern about the livestock moving back and forth in the feed supply portion. The feeding and milking can be carried out simultaneously, and at the time of finishing the milking process, the length adjusting device automatically pulls the suction hose so that the teat cup can be automatically separated. Thus, an operator does not need to remove and separate the teat cup. In addition, when the suction of the teat cup is abnormally carried out, the milk transport hose is blocked so that the suction state of the teat cup is automatically readjusted, and the condition and contamination of the milk flowing through the milk transport hose are measured to identify whether the milk is bad.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing an Allium hookeri hot sauce having red pepper paste, which contains Allium hookeri and black rice aleurone layer extracts, as a base. The sauce preparation method enables compensation of the disadvantage that common red pepper paste is a high-sodium sauce by means of adding Allium hookeri, which contains a large amount of potassium components, unlike a common red pepper paste sauce and enables enhancement in taste and functionality. A sauce, which has higher methyl sulfonyl methane and polyphenol contents, has a controlled sodium-to-potassium ratio, has reduced foul odor or foul taste, has increased Allium hookeri aroma and taste and is both nutritious and functional, can be prepared by means of adding dried Allium hookeri and black rice aleurone layer extracts to other ingredients in a hot sauce preparation procedure.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the amount of methane generated from a feed raw material using a near-infrared system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing and predicting the methane generation amount and the methane index by applying the methane generation amount measurement value of a feed raw material using a rumen-form continuous culture system to a near-infrared system. The limitations of animal experimentations can be overcome and the burden of required time and cost is small by using the method for analyzing the methane generation amount of a feed raw material using a near-infrared system according to the present invention, and the methane generation amount and the methane index can be accurately and objectively analyzed and predicted by introducing a continuous culture system similar to a digestion system of an actual lumen animal. Abstract

Disclosed is a composition for treatment of pseudomembranous colitis including a coprisin peptide derivative CopA3 (HL) having the following amino acid sequence, as an active ingredient: L-L-C-A-L-R-K-K. According to the present disclosure, the coprisin peptide derivative CopA3 (HL) does not show antibiotic effects upon effective colon microorganisms such as Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, or the like, while having antibiotic effects specific to Cd bacteria as a pathogenic microorganism. Effects of CopA3 (HL) for inhibiting growth of Cd bacteria have been verified through animal testing, and Cd bacteria-derived intestinal inflammation and villous necrosis processes are effectively relieved.

Abstract

Disclosed herein is an indicator for indicating an estrus starting time, which is capable of easily checking an estrus starting time while a manager does not continuously monitor a female animal when the female animal is in estrus. The indicator includes a pressure detecting portion which detects a physical pressurization state and generates a pressure detection signal; a light-emitting portion which emits light according to a light-emitting operation signal output from a controller; the controller which receives the pressure detection signal generated by the pressure detecting portion and generates and sends the light-emitting operation signal to the light-emitting portion when the pressure detection signal is continuously received for a predetermined time; and a power source which supplies power necessary for the operations of the components. When the indicator is mounted on a cow and the pressure detecting portion generates the pressure detection signal for 3 to 10 seconds due to mounting of another cow, the controller sends the light-emitting operation signal to the light-emitting portion for an estrus duration of the cow, that is, 48 hours. Accordingly, a manager can easily check estrus of a female animal through such a signal.
