Abstract

Described is a road stud that can be provided at regular intervals on the surface of a road, such as the center line, edge, or branch line of a roadway. The road studs enable drivers to easily and visually identify lanes and to recognize lane departures or lane invasions through the sensation of vibration or auditory sensation of sound.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a road marker and, more specifically, to a road marker, which is provided at predetermined intervals on the surface of a road such as the centerline, edge line or branch line of a roadway such that a lane can be easily and visually identified and lane departure or intrusion can be sensed through the skin by means of vibration or be audibly recognized by means of sound.
