Abstract

The present invention relates to a tact switch for electronic components and to a method for assembling and producing same. The tact switch comprises: one or more reinforcement members having a predetermined thickness; one or more film members having a predetermined thickness; an electrode member consisting of a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate; a double-sided tape having a predetermined thickness; and a dome-type switch, wherein the reinforcement members, the film members, the electrode member, the double-sided tape, and the dome-type switch are selectively combined and stacked into a layer. The tact switch of the present invention is configured such that the reinforcement members, made of a nonferrous metal, a synthetic resin, or a film material, support the tact switch to enable the tact switch to maintain the strength thereof, and the exterior of the tact switch is covered by a protective film, to thereby improve the durability and water resistance of the product and to lengthen the actual lifespan thereof. In addition, the dome switch, which serves as an elastic contact member, has one or more vent holes and protrusions formed at an outer surface of the circumference thereof, to thereby enable the dome switch to be smoothly pressed and to thus improve the probability of clicking success and enable the easy clicking of the tact switch. The reinforcement members which are made of a nonferrous metal, a synthetic resin, or a film material and an insulation film are attached by thermocompression bonding, to thereby simplify production processes, enable easy production, and increase the yield rate of products.
