The present invention relates to an eco-friendly deck road and a construction method for same, and more particularly, relates to an environment-friendly deck road and a method of construction which allows construction that is unrestricted by location and facilitated to shorten construction time, and which can prevent damage to natural resources. To this end, the present invention provides a deck road, and a construction method for same, characterized by comprising: a plurality of pipe assemblies which are assembled with a plurality of pipes connected in the lengthwise direction and a plurality of cores, which are arranged in at least two columns and each buried in the terrain; joists which connect the plurality of pipe assemblies arranged in the vertical direction and buried in the vertical direction; and a plurality of decks formed between the opposing rows of pipe assemblies, and formed repetitively along the joists and supported by the joists.
The present invention comprises: an entrance to the refuge stair hall; 1st refuge stairs leading upstairs from the entrance; 2nd refuge stairs leading downstairs from the entrance; and an exhaust duct for emitting smoke flowing in via the entrance. In the refuge stair hall according to an additional aspect of the present invention, the exhaust duct comprises a screen which: is formed on the inner wall; induces smoke, that flows into the exhaust duct from smoke inflow holes of the exhaust duct, to flow upstairs; and blocks smoke, that ascends from the downstairs through the exhaust duct, from flowing backward to the refuge stair hall through the smoke inflow holes of the upstairs exhaust duct. The refuge stair hall according to another additional aspect of the present invention additionally comprises: a 1st smoke blocking part for preventing smoke from spreading upstairs through the space above the 1st refuge stairs of the refuge stair hall; and a 2nd smoke blocking part for preventing smoke from spreading downstairs through the space above the 2nd refuge stairs of the refuge stair hall. The refuge stair hall according to another additional aspect of the present invention additionally comprises: a refuge hole formed in the floor of the landing of the refuge stair hall; and a refuge moving device which is inserted into the refuge hole and is fixedly provided on the landing of the downstairs refuge stair hall.
An escape staircase of the present invention comprises: a doorway to the escape staircase; a first flight of escape stairs that is connected to an upper level; a second flight of escape stairs that is connected to a lower level; a landing which connects the first flight of escape stairs and the second flight of escape stairs of the upper level, or connects the second flight of escape stairs and the first flight of escape stairs of the lower level; an escape hole, formed on the floor of the escape staircase; and a transporting device for escaping, which is inserted into the escape hole and fixedly installed on the floor of the escape staircase of the lower level. According to one aspect of the present invention, the structure of the escape staircase is provided with the transporting device for escaping in the form of a linear pole or a curved pole.
