Abstract

The present invention relates to a unmanned flap-type device for preventing street parking, the device: blocking the passing of an exiting vehicle by raising a flap plate with a motor when a vehicle enters; enabling a vehicle to pass by lowering the flap plate with the motor when the vehicle exits; and adjusting the pressure of the flap plate by means of a pressure adjusting nut in case of emergency, so as to forcibly apply predetermined pressure to the flap plate and lower the flap plate such that the vehicle can pass, thereby enabling the entry and exit of the vehicle to be freely managed, comprising: a flap plate rotary shaft (100), which is coupled to coupling blocks (11) provided at both sides of a driving part body (10) and to which the flap plate for controlling the vehicle, a rotating device, and a torque regulator are coupled; the flap plate (300) coupled to the flap plate rotary shaft so as to control the entry and exit of a vehicle to be parked; the rotating device (500) provided at one end of the flap plate rotary shaft and respectively rotating the flap plate rotary shaft and the flap plate; and the torque regulators (700) provided at both flap plate fixing parts of the flap plate and regulating the torque of the flap plate, thereby enabling the flap plate to be forcibly rotated in case of emergency.
