A multi-furrow weeder according to the present invention comprises: a main body part provided with wheels so as to be capable of traveling and configured to be capable of generating power; a plurality of flexible rotating transmission parts connected to the main body part, respectively, each of the flexible rotating transmission parts having a flexible hose member and a wire member formed to be capable of transferring the power generated from the main body part within the hose member; a plurality of weeding units connected to the plurality of flexible rotating transmission parts, respectively, each of the weeding units having a blade cutter configured to receive rotational force from the wire member so as to be rotatable about a rotary shaft in a direction perpendicular to the ground, and a cover configured to shield the blade cutter to protect the blade cutter; and a plurality of bridge parts interconnecting adjacent ones of the plurality of weeding units and configured to maintain a gap between the plurality of weeding units.

The present invention relates to a multi-purpose crop harvester, comprising: an outer housing unit; a rotary cutting unit installed within the outer housing unit for cutting crop plants growing on the ground; a crop transfer unit arranged above the outer housing unit to transfer the crop plants cut by the rotary cutting unit; and a power transmission unit having a transmission gear which receives rotating force from a driving shaft tilted upwardly from a rear portion of the outer housing unit, and converts the received rotating force into rotating force for a transmission shaft arranged in a vertical direction, wherein the power transmission unit is arranged to provide rotating forces to the rotary cutting unit arranged at a bottom of the transmission shaft and to the crop transfer unit mounted on a top of the transmission shaft, said rotating forces being in the same direction.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety cover for an agricultural weeder, in which a floating member is arranged to maintain a cover body floating above the ground during weeding to perform weeding work in a safe and easy manner, and further, both side surfaces of the cover body have respective scattering holes, not only to prevent the weeder from being damaged by cut weeds or substances but also to improve the safety of a worker. To accomplish the aim of the present invention, the safety cover for an agricultural weeder according to the present invention comprises a cover body having an open bottom, a side surface having an open portion, and a top surface having an opening for inserting a cutter-mounting unit and for fixing a shaft therein, and which has press means extending from the open side surface thereof to press weeds, wherein the cover body further comprises a floating member arranged at the position facing the press means to reduce the force transmitted via the shaft and to enable the cover body to float during weeding.
