Abstract
An extruder screw structure with independently staged temperature controlling dual mixing zones, includes the first screw group and the second screw group which are respectively located in the first mixing chamber (23a) enclosed by the first inner chamber shell (22a) and the second mixing chamber (23b) enclosed by the second inner chamber shell (22b). Each screw group includes a main screw and an auxiliary screw engaged with each other. The end of said first main screw (41a) unengaged with the first auxiliary screw (42a) is engaged with the end of said second main screw (41b) unengaged with the second auxiliary screw (42b), and the engaged section is located in an end mixing chamber (23'). Said extruder screw structure can mix material independently in each mixing zone, and finally mix the material from the two mixing zones, therefore can carry out better mixing for various materials which need heating at high temperature or low temperature.

A multi-staged screw structure of an extruding machine with additional diffluence and conflux functions. It comprises a lower screw assembly, an outer screw assembly and an inner screw assembly, which are located in the lower mixing chamber (24) and the connecting upper mixing chamber (23). Said lower screw assembly comprises identically structured first main screw (41a) and second main screw (41b), which mesh mutually and contra-rotate in the lower mixing chamber (24). Said outer screw assembly comprising identically structured first auxiliary screw (42a) and second auxiliary screw (42b) and, set in between, the inner screw assembly are arranged in the upper mixing chamber (23). Said inner screw assembly comprises identically structured first compensatory screw (43a) and second compensatory screw (43b), both are located between screws of outer screw assembly and in the upper mixing chamber (23). Said multi-staged screw structure of extruding machine is capable of enhancing the diffluence and conflux of mixture so as to realize a better mixing.

An integrative extrusion device includes a feeding unit (20), a screw-extruder (10), an extruding mould (40), a box (50) for containing a rotary motor, a coating unit, transmission units (70) and a cutting unit (90). The screw-extruder (10) comprises several screw-rods engaged with each other. The extruding mould (40) has two extruding discs (40). The transmission units (70) include driving rollers, an adhesive conveyor belt (72), a front transmission unit and a back transmission unit, and the back transmission unit is lower than the front transmission unit. The cutting unit (90) includes jet openings (91) and high pressure jet fluid (92) is sprayed from the jet openings (91) for cutting the ribbon material (200) into pieces (210) with fixed length. The product with fixed length can be obtained and the cutting process can be clean and safe by the integrative extrusion device.

Abstract
A horizontal agitation and impeller type premixing device and a method thereof are provided, which can uniformly mix the solid powder and the liquid materials according to a certain ratio, especially for highly viscous materials after mixing. The horizontal premixing device comprises a mixing system (1010), an agitated separating system (1020) located inside the mixing system (1010), a high pressure gas injecting system (1030), an impelling system (100), a material storage system (1060), a feeding system (1040) mounted at the feed end of the mixing system (1010), and a material discharge system (1050) mounted at the discharge end of the mixing system (1010). The mixing system (1010) is a horizontal cylindrical mixing reactor which is formed by a shell (101) and has a horizontal rotating shaft (103) mounted in the center of the shell. The rotating shaft (103) drives the agitated separating system (1020), which is connected to it, to rotate. The impelling system (100) comprises a set of impellers (1000) and push rods (1005). The impellers (1000) are mounted at the inner bottom of the shell (101). Each push rod (1005) is mounted at the bottom of each impeller (1000) and connected to it.

The method for preparing the composite grain involves taking multi-grain as raw material, black rice, Japonica rice, Indica rice, glutinous rice as matrix material, which passing through pre-screening, electrostatic dusting, high voltage dusting, multi-step grinding, inspecting sieve and granula recovering procedure successively and respectively to obtain raw material powder and matrix material powder. Raw material powder, water and emulsifier is pre-mixed to obtain pre-mixture, then the pre-mixture is mixed with matrix material powder, water, cellulose, thermal-stabilizer, nutrients, cross-linking agent. The result mixture is extruded and shaped into granula, coating the granula with a layer of oil or fat film. The obtained granula passes through pre-drying, high temperature drying, low temperature drying successively, a layer of oil or fat film is coated to the outer surface of the dried granula, cooling at constant temperature and humidity to obtain the composite grain.

Abstract
An instant rice and method for preparing instant rice involves selecting rice or broken rice as raw material, pre-sieving, dedusting by static, dedusting by high pressure, multi-grade crushing to pieces, checking sieving and reclaiming granules in turn to obtain ground rice; pre-mixing the ground rice, water and emulsifying agents, then mixing with the ground rice, water, celluloses, thermal stabilizers, nutrients, flavoring additives and cross-linking agents at certain temperature to obtain a mixture; injecting the mixture into an extruder, molding by extruding, cutting into granules, and spreading a layer of lipid membrane on the surface of the obtained granules; multi-grade cooking, multi-grade cooling at constant humidity, then spreading a layer of lipid membrane on the surface of the obtained granules after cooling to obtain instant rice. The preparation method is simple and highly productive. The prepared instant rice has relatively high nutrition content, similar shape to natural rice and shorter cooking time than natural rice.
