A door casing system (100) integrated with low-voltage and high-voltage cables, and a wall having the system. The door casing system (100) integrated with low-voltage and high-voltage cables comprises a door casing (1), a low-voltage cable (2), and a high-voltage cable (3). The door casing (1) comprises the same number of main body segments (10) and covers (12). The multiple main body segments (10) enclose to form a frame. Each of the main body segments (10) is provided with at least one first wire channel (101) and at least one second wire channel (102). The low-voltage cable (2) is embedded within the first wire channel (101). The high-voltage cable (3) is embedded within the second wire channel (102). The first wire channel (101) and the second wire channel (102) are mutually electrically isolated. The covers (12) are detachably connected to the main body segments (10) and cover the wire channels. The door casing system (100) accommodates the low-voltage cable (2) and the high-voltage cable (3) in the door casing (1) in an integrated manner, thereby providing a decorative effect of the door casing (1) and separating a circuit from a main structure. The invention overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor or a wall when repairing a conventional embedded circuit, thereby reducing damage to a main structural body, and enhancing building safety, reliability, and durability. By adopting a design separating a circuit from a main structure, the invention provides greater flexibility for upgrade of interior fittings or equipment and enables an upgrade of the circuit or the equipment to be performed without damaging the main structure, thereby saving costs for maintenance and re-fitting at a later stage.

Abstract
A skirting board system (100) integrated with a low-voltage cable, the system comprising a skirting board (1) and a low-voltage cable. The skirting board (1) comprises a main body (10) and a cover (13). The main body (10) is provided with at least two different sized wire channels (101, 102), and the different sized wire channels (101, 102) are electrically isolated therebetween. Different types of low-voltage cables are embedded within the wire channels (101, 102) having a matching size, respectively. The cover (13) is engaged with and connected to the main body (10), and covers the wire channels (101, 102). A wall is further provided and comprises a wall body (200) and the skirting board system (100) fitted to a bottom portion of a side surface of the wall body (200). The skirting board system separates a circuit from a structure, thereby reducing damage to a main structure, enhancing building safety, structural integrity, and durability, and lowering interference between different types of low-voltage cables.

A house having a pipe and wire separate from a main structure comprises a main structure and a pipe and wire. The main structure comprises a wall (1) and a floor (2). The pipe and wire comprise a water pipe (4), a low-voltage wire (5a) and a high-voltage wire (5b). A suspended ceiling is disposed at the top of a room of the house, a skirting board (6) is disposed at the bottom of the room, a door casing (7) is disposed at the periphery of an entrance of the room, and a vertical recess (11) is disposed on the wall (1) of the room, thereby enabling the water pipe (4) and the high-voltage wire (5b) to be arranged within the suspended ceiling and to extend downward to the positions of a socket and a faucet through the vertical recess (11) on the wall (1) or a gap between decorative boards, and enabling the low-voltage wire (5a) to be arranged within the skirting board (6) and the door casing (7). By separating a high-voltage wire (5b), a low-voltage wire (5a) and a water pipe (4) from a main structure of a room, the present invention overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor or wall (1) when repairing a conventional embedded pipe and wire, thereby realizing separation of a pipe and wire from the main structure, reducing damage to the main structure, and enhancing building safety, reliability and durability.

Abstract
A floor system integrated with a high-voltage cable, the system comprising a floor (1), a high-voltage cable (2), and a high-voltage cable routing member (3). The floor (1) is provided with at least one recess (11). The high-voltage routing member (3) is fixedly fitted within the recess (11). The high-voltage routing member (3) comprises a base (31) and a cover (32). An outline of the base (31) matches the shape of the recess (11). The base (31) is provided with multiple wire channels (311) arranged in the lengthwise direction thereof. The high-voltage cable (2) is embedded within the wire channels (311) of the high-voltage cable routing member (3). The cover (32) is provided with an engagement structure matching the wire channels (311). The cover (32) covers the base (31). The engagement structure of the cover (32) is engaged with and connected to channel openings of the wire channels (311). The system separates cables from a main structure. The invention overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor when repairing a conventional embedded circuit, thereby reducing damage to a main structural body, and enhancing building safety, structural integrity, and durability.
