A rear axle with eccentric bearing holder member for beach buggy is composed of a hollow rear shaft (1), elastic buffering rubbers (2), a rear swing frame (3), bearing holder members (4), bolts (5) for mounting elastic sprocket (6), a holding member (7) for sprocket and brake disc, a mounting plate (9) for rear braking pump. The bearing holder member (4) is eccentric and mounted on the hollow rear shaft (1). There is scale provided on two ends of the bearing holder member (4). It can change the position of the rear shaft (1) relative to brward wheels by turning the eccentric bearing holder member (4), so as to adjust the degree of tension of chain.

Abstract
A torque limiter for cutting off two-way power transmitting relates to the field of motorcycle engine. A gear (3), a belleville spring holder (8) and a friction plate (9,11) are splined with the shaft (1) of the torque limiter. The belleville spring (7) is laminated and fitted between the belleville spring holder (8) and the friction plate (9,11) against the belleville spring holder (8). The adjusting washer (4) is mounted between the gear (3) and the Belleville spring holder (8). A special stopper ring (2) and an elastic stopper ring (12) on shaft press the friction plate (9,11), the friction steel plate (10), the belleville spring (7), the belleville spring holder (8), the adjusting washer (4) and the gear (3) on the shaft (1) of the torque limiter. The friction steel plate (10) is splined with the housing (13) of the torque limiter. The torque limiter, which is simple in structure, can protect the starting motor and the started engine when the starting motor is overloaded or the engine rotates backward.
