A vertical-structure LED of the present invention comprises an N-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a P-type semiconductor layer. A plurality of nanographene pillars are provided on the N-type semiconductor layer as electrodes N, and a plurality of nanopillars are provided on the P-type semiconductor layer as electrodes P. The electrodes N and electrodes P further comprise a graphene layer coated on the N-type semiconductor layer and the P-type semiconductor layer. The graphene layer on the surface of the electrodes P can improve the transmittance and is used for injecting current. The nanographene pillars on the N-type semiconductor layer can improve the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. The fluid sterilization device of the present invention may, by means of providing the pressure regulating device so as to regulate the pressure in the lamp chamber in which the the sterilization lamp is provided, prevent the light-transmitting plate of the lamp chamber from being broken due to the impact force and pressure of a fluid; in addition, the thickness of the light-transmitting plate may be reduced so as to increase the utilization rate of light that is emitted by the sterilization lamp and enhance a sterilization effect. Hence, the present invention is well suited for the sterilization and disinfection of a heavy flow of a fluid, especially flowing water.
