Abstract
The present invention relates to a system and a method for the refinement of char and the manufacture of regenerated carbon black through waste tire pyrolysis, wherein, in a process of refining char obtained through a pyrolysis process of a waste tires, volatile constituents of char are preferentially removed prior to molding using a pyrolysis furnace having a continuous-type configuration and capable of operating in a continuous manner, and microparticular or microparticle-type regenerated carbon black is produced using the resulting char of increased purity as a material and then molded into spheres with water serving as a binder, whereby regenerated carbon black of high quality can be produced, with the concomitant achievement of cost reduction and an increase in output in the process of producing corresponding spherical regenerated carbon black. The system for the refinement of char and the manufacture of regenerated carbon black through waste tire pyrolysis according to the present invention may be configured to comprise: a raw material storage tank, a pre-treatment portion, a pyrolysis furnace, a pulverizing portion, a molding portion, a secondary drying portion, a vibration screen, a returning portion, a packaging portion, a buffer tank, an intermediate storage hopper, and a granule storage hopper, wherein the pyrolysis furnace may be configured to comprise a housing, a burner, a first chamber, a second chamber, a first transfer portion, a second transfer portion, a gas release pipe, and a treatment portion for clogging prevention

Abstract
The present invention relates to a system and a method for refining char through pyrolysis of a waste tire and manufacturing regenerated carbon black, wherein an operation for refining char, obtained through a waste tire pyrolysis process, and manufacturing regenerated carbon black proceeds in a continuous and successive operation manner through a series of processes performed in optimal order, so that the regenerated carbon black obtained through refining char and molding into a globular shape is of very good quality.
