Abstract

The present invention relates to an X-spring walking board, more specifically, to an X-spring walking board in which: one pair of springs are provided on the sole of a shoe; and X-shaped supports are provided on both sides, thereby showing the exercise effect when the user walks or runs by the elastic power of the springs. According to the present invention, the user is able to run or walk or exercise higher and farther by the elasticity of the springs.
