Abstract

Disclosed is a garment fabric with a function of heat preservation, which is prepared by mixing warp and weft comprising common fibers and infrared-absorbing fibers. The garment fabric with a function of heat preservation is obtained by blending and spinning the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-50 wt％ of common fibers, 45-55 wt％ of infrared-absorbing fibers and 5-10 wt% of carbon fibers. The garment fabric, by absorbing infrared rays, increases the temperature of the fabric, and at the same time, helps with the evaporation of moisture on the garment fabric, thus achieving the effects of keeping the garment warm and drying same quickly. The garment fabric has a simple structure, uniformly emits heat, is of a breathable and comfortable material, and has good performance of quick drying.

Abstract

Provided is a bobbin transmission and storage apparatus for a spinning machine. The apparatus comprises a rack (1). A top face of the rack is provided with a fixed plate; the fixed plate is provided with a bobbin transmission assembly (2); an accommodation box (6) is provided behind the bobbin transmission assembly; the top face of the rack is provided, behind the accommodation box, with a rectangular groove (7); a bottom face in the rack is provided with two sliding rails (71) in parallel; the sliding rails are located below the rectangular groove; and a collection box (72) capable of moving along with the sliding rails is arranged on the sliding rails. Each of two lateral faces of the rack is correspondingly provided with a mechanical gripper (8). The mechanical gripper comprises an X-direction guide rail horizontally arranged on the lateral face of the rack; the X-direction guide rail is perpendicularly connected to a Y-direction guide rail; and the Y-direction guide rail is connected to a mechanical arm (83) capable of moving up and down along with the Y-direction guide rail. A front end of the mechanical arm is provided with a clamping jaw facing downwards. The apparatus operates stably, is low in cost, effectively reduces labour costs and apparatus manufacturing costs, and is widely applicable to various spinner apparatuses.

Abstract

A knitted binding band for a respirator mask body, the knitted binding band being a fabric that is knitted at once using a knitting machine, the binding band comprising: a central ring body (1) and several binding strips (5) knitted and extending from the edge of the central ring body (1), a through hole (2) being provided in the middle of the central ring body (1). The binding band of the present invention is made at once by knitting, and unlike a cutting or stamping method, the knitting process almost produces no wastes in the whole process, simplifying the fabricating process, and reducing the fabricating costs. The binding band of the present invention is made by knitting, and the knitted structure itself has a porous structure and has good air permeability. When worn by a user, the binding band can quickly vent sweat, ensuring permeability of the skin, ensuring some extent of wearing comfort.
