Abstract

The automobile anti-pinch device has the following advantages: the structure is simple; the price is low; installation is easy; the reaction is fast; and the reliability are high. The anti-pinch control system is connected to an automobile center control to facilitate control by a driver in time. The assembly of the anti-pinch system and the connecting means does not require the use of adhesive tape, so that the cost is reduced; and each of the constituent parts of the anti-pinch system can be replaced, such that there is no need to discard the entire body, thereby reducing usage costs.

Abstract
A nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) reinforced rubber material and a preparation method therefor. The NCC reinforced rubber material consists of NCC, a chemical adjuvant, a modifier, and an EPDM rubber master batch. The preparation method for the rubber material comprises the following steps: 1) processing NCC using a surfactant; 2) adding the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and a modified NCC solution into a mixing mill for mixing; 3) adding an anti-aging agent and the mixed material into an internal mixer for internal mixing, then adding a rubber vulcanizer, and transporting to a roll mill after kneading and stirring at a high speed; 4) thin passing the mixture in the roll mill such that the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and the modified NCC solution are uniformly mixed, inputting the thin passed mixture into a screw extruder, and molding a product by means of the extruder and an extruding die; and 5) vulcanizing the extrusion molded product to obtain the rubber material. Material toughness and abrasive resistance are significantly improved; raw materials are low in cost; the present invention is clean and environmental friendly.
