Abstract

Provided is a toroidal coil manufacturing method with which a winding wire can be automatically wrapped at a predetermined coil position on the exterior of an annular core without overlapping. A wrapped part (45D1) of a winding wire (45) is bent along the edge of an annular core (46) and the winding wire (45) is wrapped around the annular core (46). After the winding wire (45) is wrapped around the annular core (46) and before the winding wire (45) is next wrapped around the annular core (46), the annular core (46) is rotated in a circumferential direction simultaneously with or separately from a vertical core clamp (43) to advance by an interval, the winding wire is guided by means of a slit (43C) connected to a hole (43A) in the vertical clamp, and the winding position is set so that the winding wire (45) will not overlap on the exterior of the annular core (46).

Abstract

Provided is a toroidal coil manufacturing device capable of mechanically wrapping a winding wire. The device is provided with a first anchoring clamp (3) that anchors a surplus portion (45B) of a winding wire (45), a rotating clamp (27) that is passed through an annular core (46), and anchors near the other end of the winding wire while also rotating the other end of the winding wire, a core clamp mechanism (30) that anchors the annular core and moves horizontally, and a second anchoring clamp (20) that anchors the other end of the winding wire when the other end of the winding wire, which projects from the rotating clamp, turns back and is passed through the annular core. The winding wire is wound on the annular core by rotating the other end of the winding wire with the rotating clamp and by bringing the annular core toward or away from the rotating clamp or the second anchoring clamp.

Abstract

Disclosed is a manufacturing method whereby a thick winding wire can be efficiently wrapped mechanically around an annular core. A winding wire (45), one surplus portion (45A) of which is anchored, is passed through an annular core (46), and a part of another surplus portion (45B) is caused to protrude and is anchored with an anchoring clamp (16). Close to the center part (45C) of the winding wire (45) is positioned on the annular core (46), and when the annular core (46), which is anchored to a core clamp mechanism (30), and a rotating clamp (16) or a second anchoring clamp mechanism (20) are aligned horizontally, the winding wire (45) is wound on the annular core (46) from close to the center part (45C) by moving a core clamp (27) horizontally and by moving the clamp closer to or moving the clamp away from the rotating clamp (16) and a second anchoring clamp (28).
