Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a production line for ceramic shell making and a method for ceramic shell making. The production line may include a conveyor chain system, a robotic arm, a slurry coating device, and a sanding device. The conveyor chain system may be configured to convey a batch of modules. The robotic arm may be configured to replace and remove one or more modules among the batch of modules relative to the conveyor chain system and hold the one or more modules during a plurality of subsequent operations. The robotic arm may be configured to be moveable to a plurality of positions each of which corresponds to one of a plurality of stations. The slurry coating device may be configured to coat the one or more modules in slurry. The sanding device may be configured to sand the one or more modules.

Abstract
A mold shell drying production line with rotary hooks, comprising a rail (1), a belt pulley (2), a reducer (3), a belt (4), a fixing base (5), drivers (6), pedestals (7), and hooks (8). The pedestals (7) capable of moving axially are hung in a rail (1) groove at equal intervals, and two hooks (8) are hung on each pedestal (7). The upper end of each hook (8) is provided with a rotating shaft structure (8.1) composed of a bearing (8.14), a core shaft (8.13), a bearing base (8.15), and a friction wheel (8.11). The friction wheels (8.11) doing displacement make contact with the drivers (6) evenly distributed on the fixing base (5) to generate kinetic energy, and thus, the hooks (8) and hung workpiece mold shells (9) are driven to rotate together. Due to the fact that the workpiece mold shells (9), moving and rotating along with the drying production line, in a drying chamber are always in a dynamic state, and moisture contained in a slurry is promoted to precipitate quickly, so that all positions are evenly dried. According to the mold shell drying production line with rotary hooks, in addition to the good consistency of the drying quality of the workpiece mold shells (9) during actual use, the drying production efficiency is increased by three times or more compared with the batch drying production efficiency in the prior art in the continuous flow drying production form, and the batch production requirement is met completely.

Abstract
An apparatus for stopping the rotation of molds suspended on a transmission chain, comprising a pole (1), a rail (2), bases (3), a brake bar (4), sensors (5) and hanging device (6). The rail (2) is a strip-shaped rail, the bases (3) transversely connected in series are transmitted along the rail (2); hanging devices (6) are respectively provided at two downward rectangular openings of the bases (3), the bases (3) are suspended in the rail (2) by means of rotating wheels of the hanging devices (6) disposed therein, and the hanging devices (6) rotate together with the suspended molds relative to the bases (3); the brake bar (4) is mounted at a side of the rail (2) near a mechanical arm (8) at a height at the middle of the bases (3) and flush with the rail (2), bent segments at the two ends being arranged outwards; the sensors (5) are mounted at the middle of the bases (3) near the upper edge with a sensing area facing the mechanical arm (8); and the pole (1) is a flexible rod piece hanging downwards, the fixed end thereof being installed at the front end of an unloading area of the rail (2), i.e., the end of the front opening of the brake bar (4). The rotation-preventing device is simple in structure, can quickly and reliably stop rotation, and facilitates the mechanical arm to quickly and accurately pick up the suspended mold.
