Abstract

[Problem] To provide a honeycomb core manufacturing method using a domed bonding layer, the method comprising, during bonding of cells, heating a bonding sheet with hot air and forming a uniform bonding layer on an end surface of each honeycomb cell, thereby providing a honeycomb core that has stable strength and is lightweight. [Solution] A manufacturing method for manufacturing a honeycomb core employs, when bonding and molding a thermally-weldable bonding sheet with respect to a core material in which a plurality of ribs are connected to each other to constitute an aggregate of cells, a means comprising: a dome forming step of feeding upward hot air by pressure into the cells from a lower side to an upper side with respect to the flat bonding sheet laid on an upper surface of the core material, to thereby form a dome-shaped bonding layer on an upper surface of each of the cells; a rupturing step of feeding downward hot air by pressure from the upper side toward the vicinity of the apex of the dome-shaped bonding layer to rupture the bonding layer; and a thermally-welding step of forming a uniform bonding layer on upper surface edge parts of the cells by means of melting properties and surface tension.

Abstract

[Problem] In order to solve a remaining problem of reducing manufacturing time in an arc-shaped coil spring manufacturing method and manufacturing device employing a cam, the present invention addresses the problem of providing a concrete technical means for making it possible, focusing on a clamp structure, for manufacture to be performed in a continuous operation in only one direction without switching the feeding direction with respect to the operation of a pressing member. [Solution] An arc-shaped coil spring manufacturing method comprises: a clamping step; an end portion detecting step; a rotational angle position determination step; a pitch feeding step; and a pressing member knocking step. A clamp having a nail portion with a tip bent downward in L-shape is used. The clamp is placed and fixed between active wire diameters comprising the first and the second active numbers of windings from the seating face on one side of a straight tubular coil spring. Knocking of the pressing member is operated using a cam. Operations during the pitch feeding step and the pressing member knocking step are speed-controlled and position-controlled to form an arc-shaped coil spring having an arbitrary curvature.

Abstract

Provided is a transaction system in which a customer can receive a prescribed quantity of a prescribed product. This transaction system comprises a first terminal device, a second terminal device, and a server device that can mutually communicate. The server device transmits customer purchase information to the first terminal device and the second terminal device. The first terminal device transmits, to the second terminal device and the server device, a shipping notification about a product that matches the customer purchase information from among products received from a supplier. The second terminal device transmits, to the server device, a notification indicating that, from among the products received from a shipping destination guarantor, the product that matches the customer purchase information will be shipped to the customer.
