Abstract

The present invention relates to a brazier apparatus having a water-cooled grill, the brazier apparatus comprising: first and second storage tanks disposed with a separation distance therebeetween and receiving liquid therein; a water-cooled grill having a plurality of circulation tubes that connect the first and second storage tanks to allow the same to communicate with each other, each circulation tube having a downwardly concave curvilinear shape to allow oil extracted from meat to fall while gathering in the longitudinal central portion thereof; a brazier installed below the water-cooled grill and including a bottom plate having an opening formed therethrough; an oil guide installed on the bottom plate to separate heat sources, which are placed in the brazier, in opposite directions and having an empty space formed therein, which communicates with the opening of the bottom plate so that the oil falling from the circulation tubes of the water-cooled grill can pass through the empty space and the opening; and a steam discharge member connected to at least one of the first and second storage tanks, or connected between the first and second storage tanks.
